The website has informational purposes and allows sending availability requests for stays at Casa delle Ginestre. Published content does not constitute a binding contractual offer pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code: prices, availability, and final conditions are confirmed exclusively through direct written communication from the owner.

Accommodation Rules

Maximum capacity: 6 guests. Any conditions regarding check-in, check-out, security deposit, payments, and cancellations are communicated during booking confirmation and prevail over any general indications published on the website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. For users qualifying as consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the court of the consumer's residence or domicile is competent if located within Italian territory. In other cases, the Court of Lecce is competent.
